German. Works well. Very rare veggie man dancing with composition-headed witch. Both figures are on a mechanical platform and when wound they move around in circles like they are dancing. Wonderful piece with candy container on witch's back. Cloth costumes appear to be original. Some minor paint loss to witch's head and one minor chip to her hat.
Condition: (Excellent).
