Bisque socket head incised K [star] R 114 49, solid dome head with rare flocked hair and excellent modeling detail. Tapered and shaded eyebrows, dark brown glass sleeping eyes with tiny painted upper eyelashes, no lower lashes, closed pouty mouth with deep lips, chin dimple. Original K & R pink composition body. Vintage cotton sailor outfit with hat, shoes and stockings. Wonderful rare doll – if you like the best, this is it!
