German bisque head with 3 faces shown by turning a knob in the papier-mâché hood. Crying face has molded tears, glass eyes, multi-stroked eyebrows, and open/closed mouth; smiling face has glass eyes, open/closed mouth and painted eyebrows; sleeping face has painted closed eyes, painted eyelashes, and closed mouth; strip of blonde mohair goes across the top of hood; cloth covered cardboard body with “mama” and “papa” voice box (does not work), jointed composition and wood arms and legs; cotton shift, panties and slip appear original, hat is replaced. Lovely doll!
Condition: (Excellent).
