Japanese. Pre-war. Made by CK Japan for the English market. When wound, elephant's head moves from side to side, one arm rings bell, and other arm holds a "Welcome See Our Circus" sign. Very little wear to toy. Includes very scarce original box with paper label and cardboard insert. Box has some staining.

Condition: (Excellent).
