England ca. 1900, homemade box-back dollhouse with roof made from old Coleman's mustard crate. Exterior features hinged facade with pair of bay windows, lower storey painted to simulate ashlar blocks, covered porch with startling blue-painted columns and faux-paneled door, hinged roof with painted fishscale shingles, and a pair of chimneys. Interior divided into four rooms: two with original wallpapers, all with original floor-papers. Contents include three-piece early Lynnfield upholstered parlor suite, five-piece German dining room suite, a Gottschalk upright piano and a German red-stain desk and cabinet.

Condition: 23" L, 12" D, 26.5" H.
