Circa 1960s. Game includes plastic pitching machine marked "Mickey Mantle Switch-Hitter" along with the instruction sheet, three original white balls, and pitching bulb that has dried up (due to age). Original $5.95 price tag still remains. Includes original box with facsimile picture of Mickey Mantle wearing Yankees cap and posing in left-handed batting stance. Box has insert but also has some tearing and tape repairs.
Condition: (Very Good).
