Bisque socket head incised “ K [star} R Simon & Halbig 117/A 80” from the doll factory of Kammer & Reinhardt, their very desirable “Mein Liebling” character with lovely bisque, multi-stroked light brown eyebrows, sleeping eyes with perfect eyelid wax and real upper eyelashes, closed mouth with generous pouty lips, very full and excellent light brown curly mohair wig; original pink finished chunky composition and wood body; beautiful antique ivory wool dress with dropped waist, satin ribbon trim, and velvet collar with beaded decoration (some overall soil, deterioration to satin ribbon), antique underwear, shoes and stockings. What a stunning doll, wonderful display piece!
