Japanese. Made by TN. Working. Original windshield, hat, and shovel. Reads "Play it safe prevent forest fires" on both sides of car and "Smokey" on hubcaps. Battery box is clean. Original hose and nozzle. Very minor scratching and wear to Smokey figure. Includes scarce original box with some creasing and tearing.

Condition: Toy (Excellent) Box (Very Good).
