American. Working. Andy version in very scarce single original box with beautiful red graphics. Box is complete with some slight creasing and tearing and missing end tab on top flap. Lithography on figure is really nice and marked "Original and genuine authorized Andy Copyrighted Correll & Gosden 1930" on back. Original arms have some slight scratching underneath.

Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
