German wax over papier-mâché shoulder head with molded yellow hat and black feather, brown sausage curls, inset black glass pupil-less eyes, (nose rub, lip wear, overall crazing and soil), antique cloth body with papier-mâché lower legs having great painted blue boots with re molded buttons (paint flakes on legs); antique undies, blouse and newer skirt. Nice large size.
