Hasbro. Rare prototype pictures here was purchased from overseas on Ebay before Hasbro officially released King Starscream. Also included is the actual production toy, where you can contrast colors, features, joints, and "NOT FOR SALE" markings to see differences. This may be the only test or prototype version with these particular differences.
