Minor League. Copyright 1888 Goodwin & Co. N.Y. This was made for Home Run Stogie J.A. Rigby Cigar Company. Early proof for a baseball card, marked "Proof" on back of photo. Shows Doran in full Omaha uniform holding a bat and posing in an artist's studio. Doran was a third baseman for the Omaha Omahogs and the Omaha Lambs from 1887 to 1889. Doran probably did not go on to play in the Major Leagues. Some wear to photograph.
