American. Working. Toy is very shiny, bright, and colorful. Original moving arm with pistol and lasso. Marked "Copyright 1938 The Lone Ranger Inc.". Minor scratching and wear overall. Includes original box with some poke holes where toy was pushed through and some creasing and tearing to one end flap. Toy (Excellent - Near Mint) Box (Very Good).
