German bisque socket character head incised with Heubach sunburst mark and 7788, curly blonde molded hair with turquoise glazed hair ribbon, intaglio eyes with white dot highlight, tapered eyebrows, lovely modeling detail with smiling face, dimples and open/closed mouth with teeth; original composition and wood body with straight wrist (one lower arm missing); all original cotton dress, undies, shoes and stockings. Wonderful example with especially good modeling in a large size!
