Well-made divided core made up of red, white, and blue bands alternating with yellow, red, and green bands. Outer decoration includes alternating groups of four yellow latticino threads an four white latticino threads. Faceted pontil. Two small as-made hot spots and one slight cold roll mark near top pontil.
