1899-1906. Glass and bronze. The broad conical shade composed of an all over pattern of nasturtium blossoms and leafage. The blossoms shading from crimson, burnt orange, mauve, violet and peach are striated and mottled opalescent favrile glass. The leafage is in various shades of green opalescent favrile glass against a ground of sophisticated multicolor favrile sunset glass and a trellis of blue-white mottle favrile glass. This fine shade is 26-1/2" Dia., and guaranteed authentic, unsigned and in original condition. Photographed in the book, Louis Comfort Tiffany by Jacob Beal-Teshura.
