Early 19th century. Robert George Brown (born 1785) painted January 1815 by his brother-in-law- John Jefferson. Portrait retains all of the original information on back and appears to be painted on board. Surrounded by an early gold leaf frame that has minor loss to wood and paint.
Condition: (Very Good).
