Japanese. Made by Nomura. Battery-operated and working. Knurled knob version. One tab on the ear is bent with some heavy oxidation on one small tab area. Also, the back plastic tab on dome is broken (not visible when dome is on). Includes original box with one paper lift in upper left corner and on one of the side panels.
