Smaller doll with bisque head incised “502” with lots of specking, stationary brown glass eyes, multistroked eyebrows and painted eyelashes (uppers are smudged, lump on chin didn’t get sanded in marking), open mouth with 2 upper teeth, pierced ears, chin dimple and replaced wig on a papier-mâché body with straight wrists which appears to be French with repair and repaint on upper legs, torso and arms; lovely antique pink silk dress and matching hat with layered undies (some deterioration to front pleats and sleeves), no shoes or socks. Larger doll is a 99 mold Handwerck (cheek rub) with sleeping eyes, pierced ears and beautiful original curly blonde mohair wig on original body with original finish wearing her original silk dress which is shredding, lovely undies, shoes (one button missing) and stockings and fancy bonnet.
