MG-34 parts kit comprised of non-receiver components from various manufacturers. Barrel shroud assembly was manufactured in 1939 and is stamped "936" indicating manufacture by Gustloff-Werke with the barrel bearing a Mauser "S/243" code. Receiver cover is stamped with a unknown subcontractor "pem" code. Feed tray and trigger assembly are unmarked. Charging handle is stamped "936" indicating manufacture by Gustloff-Werke. Wood buttstock bears an eagle over "28x" code, with the last digit being illegible. Bolt assembly, recoil spring, and bipod are present. CONDITION: Parts are coated in a layer of cosmoline, showing varying degrees of wear overall. Good bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Stock shows some dings and impressions, with a small area of loss at the toe. A nice assortment of MG-34 parts that would make for a welcome addition to one's collection. MLW
