This very early rare cigar cutter and lighter combination advertises Tansill Co. Punch cigars, with a full cast head of Punch the clown on the front casting. It has original font and a replaced cobalt blue shade. There is significant plating loss with surface rust and oxidation to the base and to the front casting and two replaced dip wicks. Proceeds from the sale of this lot are being donated by the consignor to the Fayette Regional Humane Society in Washington Court House OH.
