Complete 15" Globe on High Profile Metal Body. A very scarce and highly sought after C. 1930's Globe for Jumbo Gasoline showing an excellent Elephant graphic with large block script. A Wisconsin based brand with unknown history. CONDITION: Lens one is overall very good showing excellent color in the black and grey colors. Lens one shows some moderate cloudiness and light discoloration to the white backing. Lens one shows some minor nicks along the outer edge but overall clean and well displaying, Grade 8.5. Lens two is complete but shows a break at the lower left. Lens two shows excellent colors with areas of light staining in the field as well as some washout along the outer edge, Grade Broken. Lenses are set on an original High Profile Metal Body which has been nicely repainted in red. A very scarce piece with only a couple known examples.
