This is a restored National Store Specialty co candy scale with fancy base. Cast iron trim, painted in an aqua blue and pin striped. Original scoop. CONDITION: Shows some areas of wear, oxidizing, and fading to the nickel painting which gives it a more aged look. Some fading to the dial.
Condition: (Restored).
