Possibly 19th century, petite and decorative tomahawk. Blade is engraved on one side with the head and face of an "Allentown" Indian wearing a liberty cap; the other side is engraved with a decorative plume. Blade edges are scalloped with bowl filed to represent an acorn. Contemporary oak haft is round and decorated with two silver diamonds and a band of silver tacks. CONDITION: Head retains a brown patina and shows some wear. PROVENANCE: Don Euing collection.
