STUNNING BOXED BLACK SUCKER

This bait is surely in the top 1% of Heddon Black Suckers in terms of how well-preserved it is. Spotless hardware, flawless eyes, and factory-fresh paint, clearly this bait was never fished. Beautiful Sucker Finish; cream-colored belly, tones of pink down the sides, and a blended black back stripe. Stamped front spinner, side cup rig hook hangers, and all belly weights still holding paint, with the bait grading Excellent to Excellent Plus. It is housed in its impressive extra-large Downleaping Bass box, originally intended for the Musky Vamp, and factory-reassigned to this Musky Sucker through the use of factory-applied blackout panels over the word “Vamp” in three places. The box has only a little wear and some old writing on the bottom, and grades strong Excellent Minus. Also found in the box is an insert for Heddon’s Simson line, which is included in the auction.
