German Third Reich Railway Eagle measuring 27” in length, and 14” in height. The eagle was produced of cast aluminum by the manufacturer “LOK RZA4 BLN”, which can be seen on the reverse of the eagle. The obverse of the eagle is bright aluminum and has been heavily cleaned at one time. This particular example once had a camouflage paint applied to it, which was most likely the reason for the cleaning by a collector who might not have realized what it was. Remnants of the camo paint can be seen in areas around the obverse of the eagle. The reverse of the eagle still retains the originally applied camo paint of brown and green. All 4 threaded mounting studs are intact and have not been cut. The nuts for the threaded studs are no present. CONDITION: Excellent. DMW
