Tiffany Studios desk lamp has a rich gold Favrile Damascene shade. The gold iridescent waves are set against an orange iridescent background and shows strong flashes of red. The shade is nicely ribbed on the top section and signed in the fitter "L.C.T." The shade is supported by a Tiffany Studios adjustable bronze desk lamp with a flower form base atop eight lily pad feet. The adjustable stem supports the bronze harp and single socket. The base is finished in a rich brown patina with subtle green highlights. Signed on the underside of one foot "Tiffany Studios New York" and numbered "470". Shade is 10" in diameter, base adjusts from 21" tall to 25" tall. Shade has a small horizontal stress line about halfway up the side, about 2-1/2" long and is most likely from the making. When the shade is taped with the finger it rings beautifully, otherwise very good to excellent. The base is very good to excellent. Rewired with appropriate cloth cord.
