Wind up works, but needs adjustment to work properly. There are three japanned zeppelins on top, two German WWI-type airplanes with drivers on bottom, all go around tower. Tower has some paint loss and one small 1" crack on side, as well as some paint chipping to base. Planes have some rust, especially to front fuselage and wings.
Condition: (Very Good).
