1895, GERMANY/USA: Among the Cottage and Concert orchestrions to be found, some of the most beautiful Welte instruments ever made. They were immensely popular and were made in the thousands, many surviving in the USA today. This example exemplifies that statement as the ebonized cabinet and lattice doors, with beveled glass, and turned columns is a beauty to behold. CONSIDERATIONS: This Welte orchestrion is a project and in need of restoration. It is unknown if all the parts are present. Comes with one cylinder.
