Custom made 7th Cavalry wool and silk pillow cover. This one-of-kind cover is executed with yellow felt letters and numbers on a kersey blue background of the same color as Indian Wars and Civil War trousers. Reads: '7TH U.S. CAV. 1918 FORT BLISS TEX' with crossed cavalry swallow-tailed guidon and US flag. CONDITION: Solid stitching with no mothing, and from a smoke free home. PROVENANCE: Dr. Frank Wagner cavalry museum collection.
