This is a Wurlitzer wall box in original condition. The instructions read "Insert 5¢ 10¢ 25¢ Then Press Button Firmly to Make Selections." Stamped "Wurlitzer." CONDITION: Original excellent condition overall, with some slight flaking to the bottom-right of the instructions. The selection cards appear to be replacements.
