European folding trigger double action revolver bearing Liege "E / LG" proof on cylinder. Chambered in 8mm pinfire with 2 - 3/4" barrel and 6 shot cylinder. Tall blade front sight and hammer notch rear. Blued frame and cylinder are lightly engraved with foliate scrolls. Grips are attractive 2-piece ivory. Revolver is housed in a period fitted leatherette pipe case lined with purple velvet and silk. CONDITION: Very good overall. Portions of thinning blued finish are retained, fading to a dark patina. Left grip has a small chip along the top edge. Good lightly frosted bore displaying well defined rifling. Action requires attention. Case is good showing expected wear from use and storage. BAS
