The right side of the medium frame is stamped "ADAMS PATENT No 11206". Left side of frame is stamped "Adams Patent 1851". There are several Liege proof stamps. Blue finish, octagon barrel with left side bullet seater, dovetailed bead front sight, and one piece checkered walnut stocks with a metal pommel. Comes in a period French fitted case housing an extra matching cylinder, iron two cavity bullet mold, a fine brass bag style powder flask, wood handle combination turn screw and nipple wrench, wood handle cleaning rod, and oil bottle. CONDITION: Fine. Revolver retains at least 85% bright blue with balance drifted showing minor high edge wear and light handling marks. Trigger guard has drifted. Grips are excellent. Mechanically sound with a strong but frosted bore.
