(A) The first possibly Italian circa 1740. Barrel with brass foresight, fluting at breech, step lock with unbridled frizzen, swan neck cock, walnut full stock possibly period replaced. Iron furniture. CONDITION: Missing pommel. Lock functions properly. Bore is fair. (B) The second American circa 1810. A round barrel with P at breech. CONDITION: Barrel with smooth patina with pitting towards breech and touch hold. Lock with deep age brown. Some pitting in flash pan. Walnut full stock with fine old patination. Brass fore end tip, replaced ramrod. Functions perfectly. All small parts original. Roller bearing frizzen. An interesting lot for the collector of early flintlock pistols.
