Approximately 73,000 manufactured from 1873-1877. Standard US military issue. CONDITION: Fine overall. Mostly a dark blue-brown patina mixed with original blue. Wood is sound with no cracks or breaks, showing moderate wear. Faint military cartouches on the left side wrist. Strong bore, tight action. Overall a nice clean trapdoor -MKS-
