Model 1908 pattern with 18" .22 LR barrel over .44 smooth bore barrel (.410 with 2" chamber). Blue finish. Fitted with folding stock, tang sight, elevator adjustable rear sight and blade front sight. Hard rubber Marbles monogram grips with nickel silver escutcheons. Marked on left side of breech "-MANUFACTURED BY THE - MARBLE SAFETY AXE CO. - GLADSTONE MICH U.S.A. - MARBLE ARMS & MFG. CO SUCCESSOR". Lower left frame is marked "GAME GETTER". Case color hammer with three position chamber selector/safety. Left side of breech marked "CALIBERS 22&44". With the majority of the Game Getter models produced had barrels shorter than 18", they are rarely encountered in a standard long barreled model that is regulated as a regular post 1898 firearm. CONDITION: Very good with over 40% blue finish remaining balance toned to plum. Hard rubber grips have slight wear but no chips or material loss. The folding buttstock has had 20% of the nickel finish turn to patina. The stock locking assembly works properly. The action works properly and tightly. The bores are very good.
