"VH" grade double barrel shotgun made by Parker Brothers in Meriden, Connecticut in 1923. Blued factory 26" "Vulcan Steel Barrels"with matted rib, brass bead front sight and extractors. No. 1 case hardened frame with "VH" Grade line engraving, Parker single selective trigger and automatic safety. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with Parker grip cap and Parker hard rubber buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 90% blue on barrels from an old refinish. Bright bores. Action wore to a silvery patina with good screws. Wood has been cleaned and has added coat of oil finish with hunting marks and dings. Good lockup and mechanics. Small chip out of left side of buttplate. Nice combination of options. DLM
