Originally a US Navy musket, this gun has been turned into a sporting rifle. Navy markings are still present on the top of the receiver. Sporting style stock. Original barrel has been reduced in length and sporting style sights have been added. CONDITION: Retains 95% of an old reblue. Markings are clear. Wood is fine with some light handling marks. Bore shows wear with pitting and good rifling. Good mechanical function. GR
