Takatoku. Zubat and Zubat car are a wonderful pairing for collectors. The car isn't often available boxed in such near mint condition. Then Zubat comes with his stoic stand and guns. Longitudnal crease on Zubat figure box, possibly due to vending machine or factory storage.
