Browning BAR Grade V semi-automatic rifle. Made 1972 in Belgium. Round, steel barrel with no factory iron sights (correct for this rifle). Blued finish on the barrel and frame. Scroll engraving with gold inlaid game scenes on both sides. Engraving signed " J.M. DEBRUS" on the left side of the frame. Gloss finished wood stocks with fine checkering/carving on the wrist and forearm. "BROWNING" marked plastic butt plate. Factory drilled for a scope and factory installed sling studs. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish. Wood is excellent, with a few handling marks on the forearm. Sharp rifling in the bore. Mechanically excellent. JWA
