Very nicely engraved 12 gauge made in 1970. This classic gun has been uniquely built with 26 - 3/8" barrels, where top barrel reads "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST. LOUIS Mo. & MONTREAL P. Q. MADE IN BELGIUM" SPECIAL STEEL - 12 GA. - SHELLS 2 3/4" "PATENTS No 2.203.378-2.233.861" (left and right). Rib is narrow and ventilated with white mid and front sights. Action is a brushed steel and engraved with standing three pheasants, one sitting in a field on its left side, two flying ducks, one entering water and one swimming on the right, flying quail over a field on bottom, standing rabbits in a field on trigger guard. All with full coverage supporting scroll. The fences are also nicely scroll engraved with stipple ground. Engraving by A. Marechal. Crisp gold single selective inertia trigger with "S" for safe in gold. The gun is built with a non-auto safe feature. Walnut stock with diamond checkered pistol grip and Browning brown rubber pad. Long matching nicely checkered beavertail forearm. Case is a traditional Browning luggage case with papers. CONDITION: Good. Barrels retain 90% blue and have some freckling, handling marks with surface scratches to stock and forend. Case is good. Mechanically good. CP
