Scarce Commercial Beretta Model 951 chambered for the 9mm cartridge. Marketed by Berben Corporation in New York sole importers for Beretta during the period. Steel frame with cross bolt safety and bottom magazine release. Black plastic grips and in original Beretta. The 951 was the commercial variation of the Egyptian contract pistol known as the Model 1951. Later, an Egyptian variation was produced known as the Helwan and was even commercially imported by Interarms Co. for a very short period of time. The 951 is a sturdy and very reliable steel frame single stack 9mm pistol with single action design and the ability to fire even the most potent of 9mm sub-gun ammunition. CONDITION: As new with no indication of use or handing. Comes in its numbers matching box with outer sleeve.
