Pre-1989 Assault Weapons Ban FN LAR 50.42 .308 Match semi-automatic rifle, manufactured in Belgium by FN and imported by Steyr in Secaucus, New Jersey. 21" heavy barrel chambered in 7.62mm NATO with LAR muzzle brake featuring bipod mount, adjustable gas block, adjustable front sight, and adjustable rear sight. Fluted wood handguard measuring approximately 6" with composite pistol grip and buttstock. Right side of upper receiver is marked ".308 MATCH". Bolt carrier has matching serial number to receiver. CONDITION: Excellent plus, with virtually all of the original finishes remaining. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. If you are looking for an original pre-Ban semi-auto FAL, this one would be difficult to pass up. TON
