24” barrel with a .32 bore. This early model two-trigger features the iron frame. Other features include German silver blade front sight, wind-drift fixed rear sight, nickel plated trigger guard and butt plate, and walnut buttstock. All metal is a rich, deep, dark brown patina. Sharp edges and strong legends. Trigger guard and butt plate retain nearly all of their softened nickel finish. Walnut stock is excellent with beautiful grain and no cracks or chips. Front trigger releases the tip-down barrel and rear trigger fires. Very good rifling with usual black powder abrasion. Perfect action. Nice, early example.
