This standard Colt Python was nicely aftermarket engraved in a scroll pattern with approximately 75% coverage. Standard features include vent rib, full lug, six shot, double action, target sights, and wide target hammer. The entire gun was fully nickel plated and does not appear to have been fired since custom work was completed. CONDITION: When closely examined, you will see small areas of light pitting beneath the plating and engraving, which is probably the reason it was chosen for custom finish. Fine bore and action. Comes with a pair of custom carved grips with silver medallion and large inset ponies in excellent condition, produced by Altamont Co.
