This deluxe edition is finished in Colt royal blue with gold embellishments. Listed as factory engraved which is done in a scroll leaf pattern on both sides of frame and slide in 'C' coverage; all listed in letter. Gold inlay on right side of slide "1911 - 2011". Grips are smooth cocobolo with Colt 100th Anniversary gold plated medallions. It is a recreation of a World War I Colt and features beveled edge U notch rear sight, checkered wide spur hammer, checkered slide stop and safety, flat mainspring housing with loop, and long smooth trigger. It is interesting to note that this is the second 1911 brand new from the factory that has a big red tag stating "COLT WORLD WAR II REPRODUCTION PISTOL". This is serial No. 11 and comes with Colt letter showing sale to Colt employee and includes a walnut and glass display case. CONDITION: As new inside and out in original blue box with paperwork and two magazines.
