This unit is made of 3 separate, nested parts. The base is bowl-like on 3 ball feet, with a spike in the recessed center, the bottom outer rim is black. The wheel is approximately 5-3/4" diameter and is numbered from 1 to 36, with 0 and 00, painted red and black with gold lettering and a bone center spindle. The cover is wood, with a black outer rim, has a recessed center hole, and an ivory and brass handle. It is just slightly warped enough that the cover does not want to fully seat into the bowl.
