All matching numbers except for unmarked wedge. Manufactured 1862. This is an excellent all original martially marked 1860. All proper inspector marks. Features an 8" barrel, .44 caliber percussion, single action. Walnut grips have light cartouche with some chipping at base. Blue and case colors have turned a pleasing blue-brown patina. Partially visible cylinder scene. Action locks up tight, albeit hammer seems to be missing last locking notch. It appears it may have had some wiped-on cold blue, giving it a richer tone. Cylinder has all original nipples. Strong frosted bore. Far above average 1860 Army.
