Caliber .22 rimfire, Barrel length 26”. Originally built by Mauser in WWII as a military 22 caliber, single shot, bolt action training rifle with Waffenamt stamp on barrel. Matching serial number on barrel and frame, bolt is stamped 1014”, Mauser banner on bridge. Original military adjustable rear sight and front band sight. Metal retains virtually all of the custom re-applied blue finish. Custom sporter stock features beautiful hand checkering, oil finish walnut, high rollover cheek piece, contrasting wood swelled pistol grip cap and forend tip with Fajen butt plate. Fine bore and action. High quality and extremely handsome Mauser 22 rifle.
