Players drop a nickel through the upper slot to make the two arrows spin. The payout was determined by the numbers to which the arrows point and was made in 5¢ cigars. The wood cabinet has taken on a patina over the years, as well as some crazing to the original finish and a vertical crack through the front. Also shows the original awards card. Circa 1894. Two keys are provided.
